I received an invitation from Nuffnang to join the pizzahut blogger event a few weeks ago!! Was really happy to be selected to be one of the 20 bloggers to taste their new delicious pastas! Thanks Nuffnang and PizzaHut! (:
Headed down to the event with Shimin as she was also selected for this event held at Suntec City!
We were greeted with a warm welcome by their friendly staffs! Not only that, they specially decorated the place for us with words " PASTA BLOGGERS " on the mirrored wall ! (:
The ambience over there is excellent! And they have great table settings too!
A picture across the table ; the bloggers who attended the event ! Shimin and I sat with Amelia and Linda as we already knew one another!! We were all caught with surprise when we saw one another there! Hahaha!
We were given the menu after a short while and we started ordering our drinks!! There were too many to choose from!
Ordered the Emerald Sparkle $3.80 as I got so attracted by the picture of it on the menu! It is a green apple-flavoured sparkling drink with apple bits in it! I'll definitely go for this drink again when I patronize PizzaHut the next time!
We were served with a few appetisers next! First up was their Signature dish, Seafood Tofu Salad $6.90 ! This is their creation of mesclun salad tossed with seafood tofu chunks and succulent straw mushrooms, served with crispy noodles with Italian dressing!
Now, quick look at the picture above. Where's the seafood? No prawns, no fish?!?!
HAHAHA! Impossible that the chefs can be so forgetful about adding the ingredients yeah?
It's something you'll never think of! The seafood is actually tossed inside the tofu! Really special I must say!
Hut's Platter $12.50 was served next! This is a guaranteed crowd pleaser with all your favourites on one plate - sweet 'n' spicy drumlets, criss cross fries, calamari rings and scallop rolls accompanied by a bed of mesclun salad and chilli sauce! Not to forget, this is their Signature dish as well!
Last but not least, its the Chicken Riblets $5.80! Chunky chicken riblets fried till crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside! I got all excited when I saw this plate being served because I love eating chickens a lot! The riblets here are really juicy and tasty! Really yummy!
Make a guess! What's this clip about?! Why will there be a clip served to us in PizzaHut? We can't possibly clip pizzas right? HAHAHAHA!!
PizzaHut is giving away free hair clips?? HAHAHA!
Or are they giving away free clips for me to organise my notes well? HAHAHA!
ANSWER: YOU'RE ALL WRONG !! They are specially for their 2 NEW, MUST TRY PASTAS!!
Char-grilled Chicken Parchment $11.90 ! The pasta is made together with succulent char-grilled chicken with turkey bacon, fresh button mushroom and capsicium! The spaghetti are doused in satiny smooth cream sauce and wrapped in parchment paper to enhance the chicken flavour in the pasta!
Do you love creamy pastas? If you do, this is definitely the one for you!
We were served with the second pasta shortly after, which is the Spicy Seafood Parchment $12.90 ! Sealed within are the flavours of mussels, prawns, and squids cooked with spicy tomato-based sauce!
For me, I never liked tomato-based pastas. In fact, I don't really love pastas! But, PizzaHut changed my preference totally! This pasta taste really yummy! The level of spiciness is just right as well! This is definitely a MUST-TRY!! I'm craving for it now already!! It's so addictive!!

And it's DESSERT TIME! We were served with A Tale Of Two Temptations $5.50! The name of this dessert was enough to get me so tempted to try the cakes! We got to enjoy the best of both worlds with their savoury-sweet brownie cheesecake paired with sinfully rich banana choco mousse cake drizzled with chocolate sauce!
How sinful?! Love the cheesecake a lot !
PizzaHut was really nice! All 20 bloggers received a goodie bag from there! It has been years since I last received one! Feels so good! Makes me feel so youthful too! HAHAHA! The items that we received in the goodie bag were all pasta related! Contains a box of pasta, a bottle of pasta sauce, a pasta tin and an apron! Maybe it's time I try some pasta cooking at home! Hahaha.

Remember to try the Spicy Seafood Parchment! Definitely worth the try!
